I have use many local hvac companies over there years and this is the best. I had a unit that 4 other companies looked at and said it couldn't be fixed. Their solution was I had to buy a new unit. I called natural state and John came to my house. John showed up when the appointment was scheduled for and thoroughly checked my unit. John repaired my unit when nobody else could. I will need a new unit at some point and this is the company I will be using from now on. This company is polite, on time and fairly priced. John went over several things we could improve whenever I do need a new unit that no other company had ever mentioned. If you're looking for a new hvac company look no further than natural state heating and cooling. Thank you John for fixing my unit and top notch customer service.

I woke up Sunday morning to increasing temperature in my house. By 11 am it was 85 degrees inside. I called John and he was at my house in less than 20 minutes. John diagnosed my unit to find a bad capacitor and burnt motor. The last company installed the wrong size capacitor which burned up my motor. John got it all changed out and cleaned my unit up to look like new. He also gave me good maintenance tips for the future. All of this in 100 degree weather for a fraction of the cost the other guys charge. Needless to say I won't be calling anyone but John anymore for my HVAC needs.

John is very quick to get to the house. He is knowledgeable about his profession and was quick to diagnose the problem. He's replaced my whole unit in my house. If your having problem, just give John a call.

I was very happy and blessed to have found this business. John was very polite and professional he took the time to explain what he was doing as he searched for my problem. John took the time to explain how my heat and air pump works, he explained the inner workings of the unit and how crucial it is to keep it serviced. I feel like he was very thorough and he didn't mind me looking over his shoulder asking a million dumb questions, some people seem to be in too big of hurry to do the job right or seem annoyed with a customer's question. He had a very positive attitude and for that I would like to give him a big shout out as the most polite and professional service man I have ever dealt with. John we at the Brashear house feel extremely blessed to have met you. We will recommend This awesome company to anyone who needs repairs or new installation and feel confident you too will be completely satisfied with his work, his knowledge, work ethics and honesty. I called on a Saturday morning and he came out right away. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He didn't mind that I asked questions and he treated me with respect. He talked me through everything he was doing and explained why it was necessary. My house was sitting at 76* and before he left it was already down to 72* and cooling like a champ! He also gave me advice on what I could do to prevent future accidents and repairs!! 10/10 would call again and highly recommend!!

John was amazing. Came home to a hot house. Called and he was here in less then an hour on a Friday night. He was the bomb! Checked and thoroughly went through every little thing that could have went way South. He went above and beyond. Don't sleep on this awesome service! More than 5 stars!

Had AC issues and they showed up fast and gave me a great deal!

This company went above & beyond for us! They answered after hours and showed up immediately when our AC unit stopped working. They gave me a great price, are very professional, and walked me through how to take preventive measures. After thoroughly cleaning, and repairing the unit I received a call a day or two later to make sure it was still working correctly. I used them again to install an extra intake vent for more airflow and it cut my electric bill down while cooling the whole house faster! I can not recommend them enough!!

These guy's are awesome ! Call them out Saturday and they fixed our unit in no time and gave us a fair price! Very pleased with them .

They came to work on my air conditioner on the weekend with no extra charge and even checked the next day to make sure everything was working good. Very friendly and helpful. And didnt over charge.
